How do I book my service?

By clicking the “Get a quote# button you get an instant price and booking option online. But, if you prefer it, you can call us at XXX-XXXX and one of our employees will gladly tell you all about our services.

Do you use eco-friendly products?

Many of our cleaning products are green cleaning products, but, if these gentle liquids aren’t enough to do the job, we will use stronger, non-green ones. Please let us know if you would like to limit our products to green only.

Should I tip my cleaners?

While tips are not required, you can always tip your cleaner in cash, at the time of the cleaner.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our system retains your payment until the completion of your service.

When does the charge occur?
The charge occurs at the completion of your cleaning service.

My payment information is secured?
Your billing information is secure in our system. All numbers but the last four are blacked out and encrypted.

What is your refund policy?Generally, we don’t offer refunds. Our goal is to do the job right from the beginning or provide a second visit without extra charge if we missed something.

Can I trust my cleaners?
Of course you can trust your cleaner. We hire only trustworthy employees who passed a strict selection process. All of our cleaners are background and reference checked, with no criminal records. Also, they are professional, experienced, and receive constant training.

How many cleaners will be at my home?
Generally, we send only one cleaner, but we make an exception if the home is larger.

Will I have the same cleaner every time?
To make our clients more comfortable, we try to schedule the same cleaner in the following cleanings. However, there will be times when our cleaners are sick or taking their vacation days so we assign another cleaner to the job. But remember, all of our employees are as professional and trustworthy as the other cleaners.

Do I have to be at home during my service?
You can be at home if you want to, but it’s not necessary. Before your service, you can tell us how to enter your home, either you leave us a key or an entry code. Our team is trustworthy, remember that each one of our employees has been background checked and is insured and bonded.

Can I add extra cleaning tasks to my service?
Sure you can! Our goal is to offer you a cleaning service that meets your needs and budget. Please note that there might be some extra charges.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! Our cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment to work. However, if you have any special products you would like us to use, feel free to let us know.

How do I reschedule or cancel my service?
To cancel any appointment, please call us at XXX-XXXX. Please consider rescheduling or canceling your service at least (XX) hours in advance to avoid a (XX) cancellation fee.

Is there any cleaning task you won’t do?
To protect the health and well-being of our employees, there are certain tasks we won’t do:

• Move or lift anything over 15 lbs
• Remove high levels of trash or debris
• Step higher than two steps on a step stool
• Wipe bulbs and glass fixtures
• Wash exterior windows
• Clean up animal waste
• Clean hard to reach or high areas
• Clean garages
